DESCRIPTION:
Melatonin 3 mg tablets
Melatonin is naturally synthesized hormone produced by the pineal gland at the base of the brain. Melatonin itself prevents the pineal gland from aging. This hormone helps regulate the biorhythms in the human body and is synthesized in a higher amount at night, supporting the circadian rhythm „wake – sleep”.

Synchronizing the biorhythms by supporting sleep.
Facilitating the good rest of people working in shifts as well as changing the time zones when traveling. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking melatonin shortly before bedtime on the first day of the journey and for the next few days after arriving at the destination.

METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION: one tablet taken with water 1 - 2 hours before sleep.

PACKAGING: 30 tablets packed in a PVC/AL blister; one blister is placed in a carton with a leaflet.
